I'd give a higher mileage motor 4-5 years.
Use synthetic oil and the GOOD hoses please.

The manual says 60,000 miles.

There are 2 aspects of this PCV thingy:
1- The integrity of the parts (oil trap, hoses, clamps)...these parts easily last 100K.
One exception is the factory 3/8" vent pipe, which can crack after 4-5 years because it is plastic, not rubber.
2- The clog issue: when I overhauled my 98 V70 at 100K, no clog at all, just minor gunks here and there.
I replaced them all because the forum says so LOL.
I do 50-50 city-hwy mix.
The #1 cause of oil clog is: short trip and long oil interval. So if you can avoid short trip (if you do short trips all the time, then once a weekend do a long trip).
All my trips were more than 7 miles. I changed my oil every 5K-6K.
