Problem after transmission fluid change

answered above - lower of the two readings as dipstick enters at steep angle

No, many times they just pop out a little and do not leak - just enough to cause an issue that's hard to find.

Do you think that would create the problem that badly if it's let's say 1/2 or 1 quart too low?

Only focusing on things that matter. I won't ask you to check the gas cap or the radio.
Where is the dipstick level of the fluid when car is running and in park? Are you checking the top or bottom of the stick?

Where is the dipstick level of the fluid when car is running and in park? Are you checking the top or bottom of the stick?

I think I got it now, when hot, if I take the fluid level (lowest of the two sides) when the engine is hot and running in P then it's probaly where the cold marking is... makes sense?

Yes - It sounds like you are a little low on fluid as you reported you are getting the cold range indicated when the fluid is hot.
Please add some fluid so that it is in the hot range when hot.
