S80 limp mode

hey guys i am about to freak out this god damn device has been nothing but a pain in my a$$

i returned the last one bought another one arrived today and this one is got flashing green light indicating firmware status
got solid orange light indiccating USB com status

but i am getting NOTHING from vehicle interface status

when i run diagnostics and click on interface
it says "self diagnostic connector is not.." and the damn window cuts out the rest

Loss of comms could be due to a recessed or bent data pin in the connectors (the 12 V power supply from the car to the DiCE is fine if it passes test). Inspect both CARB connectors (the car end and the device end) - or better yet, try talking to the car with a generic scan tool (Autozone scan for free) to narrow the problem down.

Alright Finally i figured out the issue with the Vida Dice no help to the guys they call engineers in hong kong for the device -

I went out of my way had a custom OLD computer built to meet EXACTLY the requirements and after messing with it the last 24 hours it started working

Anyhow the reading is coming up as there is a possible short in the harness. or in Transmission Control Mod
