0,82A is way to high to be caused by parasitic battery case drain so we can forget that idea (just incase you google it), did you try measuring the current drawn with the small fuse near the battery pulled out it is a green fuse looking at your pictures connected to the red (POS) wires.
Does the car have an after market stereo or amp or sub-woofer box installed, if so try disconnecting that and checking the current drawn, you are only looking for a 9W load but that is enough to flatten the battery over night, at 9W it is unlikely to be an interior light though - Another point worth checking do the vanity mirrors have lights on them as one of these might not be fully closed causing a drain on the battery but that should be 6W at the most I would have thought - Mike

i did pull the green fuse and no change.. the car has no sub no amp just the stock radio.. it has no vanity mirrors either

i pulled the green fuse and its gone down to 0.00 on 10a setting not using the 12v setting... when the fuse was pulled the car turns over but wont start

At a guess it is feeding something like an after market fitted alarm and the alarms battery/ siren battery has failed, you need to establish what that green fuse actually does, might be time to physically trace/ follow the wire to where ever it is connected - Mike

sounds like a plan there is no aftermarket alarm nor ever was one ..my guess its fuel system related because the car dont start
