Volvo S70, V70, 850 Dash Removal Noise or Evaporator Repair Topic is solved
Re: Volvo S70, V70, 850 Dash Removal Noise or Evaporator Rep
Well, well...I'm sorry I did not see this post prior to pulling our '99 S70 dash...oddly enough, I did a similar thing with fabricating additional bracing...and will post it here shortly...I also took plenty of photos, and will post them here upon completion of my reply... Very nice! I hope both of our solutions hold up at least as long as the original installs have, if not longer!
okay...i wanted to post photos...what steps do i need to take? have never posted photos before...sorry...i kinda figured it out......although still not quite certain how to upload a bunch all in one post/reply
thank you!

I don't need them to hold up for 14 years, just till my daughter is tired of the car. LOL

Some slight variations in the process...ours is a 1999 S70 T5...I assume-and based on your signature-rspi's is a 1998...sorry...the photo order is backwards!!! is there a way to edit and reverse the order without re-attaching?

I think I spent about $35. That included buying the collar that fell apart when I pulled it.

LOL, If you are a fast worker, you can do it in 3 hours. I'm pretty slow, so it took me about 6, 2 one day and 4 the next. I wasn't 100% sure what I was going to use to fix what was back there. Once I had it off I was surprised of what I was faced with. So I went to the store a time or two to get supplies. Some of my time is consumed with shooting takes for the videos, trying to speak clear English, pronounce words correctly, etc. LOL
