MCC is manual climate control where you set the temperature and the fan is hard wired to the speed switch

ECC has an AUT position on the central dial and the fan is controlled by Skynet.

I put in the new ignition switch over the weekend. Everything seems to be working fine! Thanks again for all the advice!
