DiCE not connecting to VIDA

Hi wondering if there was a solution to this I am currently installing vida 2014A and have run into the same problem with the communication tool having the java scripted red x

What are you running for an operating system?
Internet Explorer version?
.net Version?

What can you tell us about the hardware. Do you know if it has blue LEDs or if it has a blue circuit board or a green circuit board.

There are many variables and many of them don't play well together.
