I would not replace struts if they are fairly new. What I hear is that you had some substandard parts installed. Since about a year ago I have read numerous threads of people who used ScanTech spring seats and strut mounts that wore out in less than 40K miles. I suspect this is your problem too... Fcpgroton was selling these parts. If you bought from them, I suspect spring seats at least, and possibly strut mounts (the ones at the very top of your strut columns) as the culprit.
