2000 S80 T6 No Crank - I'm out of options

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

As a follow up. The car starts!

Brought it to a dealer to have the Xemodex virgin CEM programmed/have the software downloaded to it.

The car now starts like a dream! drives well too, i'm quite pleased. Now that it's running, there is a bit of a whine, that sounds like the power steering pump bearing is going out. Should be a cheap/easy fix.

Make sure you have the proper fluid level, and a suction hose that is in good condition.

Consider upgrading to the 2005 reservoir, cap and suction hose. They are supposedly less prone to leakage.
