Great writeup on a real dirty job! I've had the displeasure of doing this job a couple times. You went "full commitment" when you snipped off the old lines. Apparently that Fluid Film will prevent rust developing on the new parts.....its good stuff. I've had good success with Crowfoot wrenches on the lines on the rack but mine weren't nearly as rusty as yours. Good Job!

I just realized the shuttle lines on the rack can be ratcheted on if you do the hard ones first, then bring the ratchet back along the line and take it on the easy access side , where you can use a Crows foot.
