Found this pictorial:

Still looking for how to get past the next layer to fix the window. Appears that the metal panel has a lot of stuff attached to the window on the other side, so don't want to remove more fasteners than necessary.

Finally got the download...
So I should not have to remove the whole window mechanism...
Replacing slide
Remove lift mechanism arm covers

-- hmmm, pieces of rubbery sheet, glued on ???
The rear hole is only about an inch diameter circle. No room to do anything thru that !
Or do I have to remove that much larger hard plastic piece, seems to be clipped on?

On pg 2, there are two arrow "B" items. To what are they pointing (different places !) , and why? Text does not say.

to remove a plastic snap-fit piece in the upper rear area of the "inner" door. Have to start at the top left & wiggle rightwards & up -- the lower right has a clip on the front surface that you don't want to break.

This is also the access point to fix the "roller" when it breaks or slides off of track fixed to the bottom of the window.

SLIDING BLOCK P/N 3512837-0 (actually its a disk).
cotter pin is CLIP P/N 6817147

My Sliding Block broke the edges of the holes where the Clip goes thru. So the clip won't stay on if it flexes. I guess the new part number fixes that issue.

DIAGRAM & INSTRUCTIONS
download/file.php?id=41344
If the side window has come out of
line or fallen down the rear slide
may have cracked or broken.
Replace the rear slide in the front
doors and rear doors with the
improved version, P/N 3512837-0
according to instructions in this
Service Bulletin.

They designed this poorly. Its impossible to (esp in that tiny access panel):
1) push the "pin" on the scissors arm forcefully away from you, into the new Sliding Block. Someone needs to hold the door for you.
2) push the Clip into place -- its a heavy clip, needs to be compressed with pliers (don't drop it down the door !!! - tie a string to it !!!). Don't let it slide along the pliers as you push, but also don't compress it too much...
3) while at the same time preventing the Sliding Block from moving against being pushed on.
You cannot start the Clip partially in the Block.

They SHOULD have made the pin on the scissors arm a bolt-on component. Then you could put the Clip & Block & pin together, slide it onto the slide, and then line a hole on the scissors arm with the pin & tighten it down. In fact, the pin could have been press-fit onto the BLock as a roller, with a clip on the near side of the scissors arm. Or a bolt with toothed washer.

The window guide (track) is held on by one bolt near the bottom.
How is the top end fitted ? Inserted into an upper track? Fiddly ?
Does it slip upwards putting the window into the groove? Window fully up?
