BOSCH MAF is $150 online.
I realize I should use good stuff. I was in a pinch and they had one for a one night fix. (Lifetime guarantee)
Anyone have a picture of where the fuel pump relay is or tell me. May have some time tomorrow to check it out.

Mecheng.. I wish I could say it was all in the maintenance. This one was beat to almost death by my niece before I bought it. I treat it like a red headed step child. Transmission oil has never been changed, power steering fluid, and just about anything else that would help this thing live, has not been done. I keep up with the timing belt to keep it from almost certain death.

Again,,thanks for this information. This is a great site.

It's under the hood drivers side, 4 torx screws, red cover on relay. I posted a pic a while back

A little update.
Car sat all weekend with no love from me, so like any good car it ran good the 50 miles to work and most of the way home. It did good on the interstate but failed on the slow roads three times. Went to the parts store and got an air filter. Yes the other one still showed a few clean spots in it, but what the heck, it could be a cheap fix. Morning ride to work showed the MPG going up to 28.2 as it had dropped to 25 or less earlier. I'm guessing right now that the air filter was working the old MAF to death and killed it.
Drove to work with no problems.
Note to self: Must do preventative maintenance.

I should see if they take returns on electrical parts and get a Bosch.

Now it is July 2 and I am on my second MAF from O'Reily's. I guessing the first one crapped out on me yesterday shortly after I praised it. At low idle it just stopped the car. Unplugged it and it starts again. If anyone has any other ideas what to look for, bring them on.
They gave me another one in a pretty box, so that might make a difference.
I know ....Get a BOSCH....

Now it's doing a low idle stall on short runs. I'm ruling out the MAF for now, so where do I go from here?
Seems to be fuel starved. Yesterday on the way home the interstate was slow to no go for five miles/45 mins. It never cut off, idled just fine. Does the fuel relay sound like the problem? Idle is a little less than 1000 and seems low to me.
Thanks
