The data comparing idle time with wire vs relay probably doesn't mean too much. Measure they fuel pressure at the rail to confirm good pressure, then move to ignition system testing

How old are plugs, cap rotor and your Bougicord plug wires?

Have you ever changed the fuel filter? It could be very plugged up if it's never been swapped out. I'd try that first before getting deep into fuel pump issues.

I'll check the fuel pressure later today, I'll pick up a cheap tire gauge to check it so I don't ruin my good one.

I'm not sure on the age of the plugs, cap rotors, or the plug wires. I got the car three years ago and haven't messed with anything. Not sure what the previous owner(s) did aside from a bunch of new suspension work.

I've never changed the fuel filter but I'll order one of those and swap it out.

Alright so I've figured it out. It's the mass airflow sensor. It will run normally when the MAF is unplugged, aside from the check engine light and starting a little rough. It drive normally with it unplugged. Gonna purchase a new one tonight once I shop around for a little. Any inputs on which one? I think I'll just get the stock Bosch one.

Thanks everyone for all the input and advice.
