It could be the oil thermostat.

Is there any way to check it?
Is is an indication, that is going to fail? (or already failed...)

I'm not sure how to check them. I have read that people have heard them groaning and stuff when it gets cold out. Not sure how cold the lines usually are, but if the lines are cold after the car warms up, it's likely stuck closed.

That makes sense... I will check the oil line temperatures.

Today I have quattro-checked (4th time) the TB area. No signs of rubbing.
There is a tiny-tiny metallic rattling noise beside the engine noise at idle (TB cover off), but I don't know which pulley could that be (and all are brand new OEM)

Have you tried removing serpentine belt and then starting car?( and seeing it noise goes away) Burning plastic smell is usually alternator

I did not tried it yet to start it with removed serpentine belt, but I will do that.

check that plastic guard around the crank pulley that is held on with two bolts to the block. Another possible noise source from that area is the plastic cover that gets mounted against the front of the block. That piece is easy to crack, could be rubbing against the TB idler pulley or crank pulley.
