Temperature indicator show normal temp. I know I have a vacuum leak at the left side of IM, the usual albow. Will also check the ECT.

That vacuum leak means unmetered air is getting into engine.That can be one of the reasons for high idle.

Are all caps at vacuum tree on their places?Is there anyone missing?

Also check for a flame trap vacuum lines.The one at the left side of IM is going directly to a flame trap housing.Check all of those hoses at flame trap housing too.
