Fan should cut in at 105degC which is around 223degF. It generally lowers the temp to 98degC then turns off.

Thank you for that spec.

I had to put the brakes on this project for now. The water jacket has a partial block on the rear of motor. I was trying to avoid what was inevitable, head removal.

I will keep you informed of my progress when I start work on this in a couple weeks.
