Hey moderators... How about a new forum section just on blunders and bloopers like the paper towel trick here. I could fill a book myself. Sure is humbling every time a find a new way to screw up. Welcome to my world. Hey at least you had the beer for the excuse. Most of my screw ups I got nothing to blame but stupidity.

I think this is a great idea and the first blooper can be why do mods take so long to act on a great idea??

Don't feel bad about a paper towel, I lost a plastic wire separator down the intake on a 1999 Jetta after removing my rags. Didn't realize it until first start - crunch crunch crunch, check engine light. That was a fun head job in the middle of winter.

Well - three years too late, but I think the comic relief is needed in these times.

Might be worth going to retrieve that paper towel now, they are indeed Bounty like Gold.
