Well its tough for us to tell, because we can't see the other ends....

The wastgate (actuator :D ) hose is the yellow one on your diagram, Trace it back to the Turbo control valve as noted above. It does look like it is bending towards the right place on the left hand side of your photo

If you find a loose hose end, trace it back to the connected end, tell us where it is connected, and we can tell you where to put the loose end.

It's hard to say from your picture there, but for one, I can't see any hose connected to the connector on the side of the PTC. Am I just not seeing it, or is that that hose with the yellowed plastic splice supposed to go on there, and now goes to nothing?

Abscate beat me to it. :D

I did that by not having to type 'actuator'

I have a hose connecting the wg actuator to the yellow valve on the TCV. There is also a hose (the one you referred to as yellowed plastic splice) that connects to a nipple on the PTC. So I believe that is correct.

The ones that were not connecting were the PTC (from your diagram) and the foam covered tube (I don't know where it comes from). I managed to connect them and secure with a zip tie, but it seems that either the rubber elbow from the PTC or the plastic tube should be a little longer. But they are together now, so I'll take it.
