I used the Joann's and it was OK, but I would have been happier with a closer-to-stock option. The Joann's fabric is a tad too thick and makes clipping the plastic trim back on a challenge. I used a razor scraper with a handle that sets perpendicular to the blade to scrape the foam off the backer board. There is a post on this board that details better headliner material and where to find it.
Also, there's another post about how to improve sound insulation on the wagon roof. If I had the headliner out on my wagon, I'd be looking to up the sound insulation. Might be worth checking it out.
