Code P1610

Do you have a failing Electronic Throttle Module? What steps to take if you do, plus the latest ETM news. Volvo 1999-2002 models only please.

Mom....could happen tomorrow and then again, it may not happen until you're well over 100K miles. It's a wierd thing. Some have not had issue at all while others are on their 3rd one with fewer miles than you.

FYI, My car ran flawless right up until the ETM failure. Absolutely no indication anything was about to fail. Even passed the strict Ontario emission test about 2 weeks before.
