It sounds like with intermittent starting problems(cool down enables/heat disables)and after what you've already replaced it could be the crank sensor.

240's are notorious for cracked and corroded fuses. The issue with fuses causes this exactly intermittent work/does not work situation. Start at fuses by battery. Make sure no corrosion there. Then go to inside fuse box by driver's door.
Note the red, white, blue placement as they are 16A, 8A, 25A respectively. You can find the ceramic style and a replacement glass/metal style at auto parts stores. Disconnect battery, remove all fuses and the use a wire brush to clean the contacts for fuses. Install fuses back in correct amp rating in the spaces. If you find fuse that go in very easy compared to others then bend those fuse contacts inward so the loose ones also are secure.

Hey guys, i just installed the new power stage and no luck
I got the paperclip to jump the fuel pump again (which turned on with the paper clip trick), fired up the car which ran for about ten seconds and then died. Tried to start it again, started for 2 or 3 seconds and died again. I still feel like its a fuel problem since the fuses looked fine and the power stage is new. Any ideas? I really cant afford to buy a new car right now.

On Fuel Pressure Regulator, there is a return hose to tank. Remove it, and get an extension hose to hook to FPR's nipple, and then place extension hose into a bottle.egcarney48 wrote:I still feel like its a fuel problem...
With engine cold, and with two people, one person turns on ignition switch to on, while the other person watches. Got Fuel?
Fuel filter replaced?
With return hose hooked back up to FPR, start engine...when it dies, put some of that fuel into intake manifold...Engine Run?
