Heater is not blowing very strong.

I wonder when they replaced the core if they disconnected the little linkages that open/close the blend doors and didn't get them reconnected properly. Then when you hit the pot hole one of them jarred loose???

Did you lose heat on both the driver's side AND the shotgun (passenger) side?
Yes, both the drives and the passenger side. The car itself heats up fine, but no heat coming out. When I switch from "auto" so front fans it makes a really loud kind of noise.

Each side has its motor and linkeage, don't think it's a motor issue. Maybe the blower motor has an issue? Does the noise come from behind the glove box?

The arm that moves the flap is Volvo PN 9171544 ($25 from Volvo dealer or online).

I detailed my experience when replacing the heater core in my 2005 XC90 2.5T in the DIY below.
You can easily inspect the arm with minimal tool:
