I replaced them a few years ago.

What brand did you buy? I used Raybestos brand, didn't even last a year. Then, I had IPD HD seat. Drove the car for 30k, parked it for a couple of years. When it was time to make the car run, I notice crack on the rubber on the seat.

I upgraded to kpsorts coilover with camber plate, no more broken spring seats...ever for me.

They are iPd hd ones. I guess it is possible that they have failed already. Is there another way to tell if they have failed even though the shock nut is tight without removing? I looked at the coil over kits when I was redoin the suspension.....sooo coooooool!!!! The price is what stopped meI. With the sagging headliner this is just another reason my wife wants me to get rid of it.
