87 Volvo 740 Turbo Ignition Coil Wiring Question

That second link, I have that already printed off the whole 10 page thing. Doesn't show a clear picture of which things plug into where.

I have these 3 wires guys, and I have a new coil that has a + and a - side.... Can someone please tell me where I plug those 3 wires into the new coil? I don't need a 10 page black and white wiring diagram. And yes I have the bracket but I am just trying to hook it up to see if engine runs that's it.

I have a red/white wire that I am assuming goes to the positive side?? Yes or no guys

I have a black wire that should be blue according to someone (I assume that goes to the negative side?? Yes or no guys

I have a creme colored wire coming from a tiny grey box on the strut tower? I do not know where to put that one???!!!

Please keep it simple. I have advanced memory loss and cannot process 10 pages of wiring diagrams. I am not ignorant nor uneducated, just unable to phatom the amount of wiring in this car and hoping someone can simply say "yes this wire goes here... and so forth" and if not, well thank you for your time anyway.

Please look at my pictures to see the creme colored wire attached to the little grey box on the passenger side strut tower directly next to where the coil and its corresponding bracket should be

Grey box top left and creme colored wire is right there in pic. The 3 wires were all together so I would assume they all came off the coil.

I was able to get it running! Thanks you Lummert! I never plugged in the creme colored wire but once I hooked up red/white to pin 1 and black to pin 14 and coil wire to middle it fired as soon as I hit the key! Thank you for helping I do appreciate it!!
