I reused all the bolts the second time I did it and have had no issues, knock on wood car is still on the road >6 years later. I originally did it in October or November 2009 IIRC (how time flies). Definitely make sure you buy the sealant though and clean the threads well. I used sealant on the flexplate bolts and loctite on the torque converter bolts.
