P80: Leaky Oil Drain Bolt - Drain Washer/Gasket options?

Not sure what to do if the bolt hole is damaged but thought I'd share my experience earlier this week.

I was doing an oil change on my S80 and after removing the drain bolt I couldn't find the crush washer! Thought maybe someone didn't use one. On careful inspection with a strong flashlight and a small pick I discovered that the crush washer was so well crushed I couldn't tell it apart from the bolt hole opening! With the pick I was able to separate it from the oil pan. It was really crushed in there.

I could easily have thrown another washer over it had I not bothered to check. Which probably would have caused a leak.

Out of shear C.C.C. (Corona Confinement Craziness) I endeavored to try jimmy57's suggestion of screwing a 14mm O2 sensor into the 18mm drain hole in my V70.
It doesn't catch at all.
