Re: Leaking above through dome light/mirror area
Thanks for your suggestions. Last night I noticed that the sunroof closed it is not flush...the front has a slight lip and the rear of the glass is below the roof... I'll have to find the correct sequence here on how to recalibrate it for it to close flush. I think this is the problem. This and heavy rain caused this- just too much water to have the drains clear all the water at once. We'll experiment further- the idea of hosing the car down is a good one.

There are four torx screw behind the small black plastic curtains - the curtains are secured at the top with a metal clip on each end, I used a long nose pliers to grab the curtain and slid it down off the clip under each clip - the curtain may break.
These screws don't need be tightened too much. Adjusting the glass is a bit of a two persons job
As for the seal around, it already has a small gap at one place so theoretically there will always be a little bit of water leaking inside when it rains but if the glass is adjusted flush with the roof it will leak less. May be a good idea to put a bit of silicone where the seal splits to seal it properly. The glass also needs adjusted horizontally so the rear seal has the same space as the front one.
