To access it you need to remove the glove box liner and then you can drop the lower under dash. You will need a lot of patience and swear words as sell as a magnetic Torx driver to access the 3 small Torx screws that hold the motor in place. If you are trying to find one in the junkyard, then the one that controls the cold air damper which is behind the fan motor is the easiest to remove. It has only one Torx screw at the top front holding it in place, and you can slide the plastic arm off and is should come out easily.
