My mistake!!! When I asked about the OBD I meant to mean the little magic black box that blinks the codes. Sorry for the mix up. Also, I just remembered that my 1985 volvo 240 had the exact same issue with not getting fuel. I worked on it for 6 weeks replacing everything fuel related. Finally, I gave up and let a friend work on it. He found that a fuseable link went bad. I'm now thinking that this may be the issue here. Problem is I can't remember which link it was!!! Can anyone help me figure it out? Thanks for all the help!!
