Anytime the AC is on, the fan should be on. If the AC is off, the fan should come on anytime the coolant reaches 216° and turn back off at 204°.

Never checked the temps, but I did notice the fan running yesterday after some harder driving after I turned the A/C off.

This worry has been alleviated... but the car is now stuttering on acceleration like it did a long time ago before I changed the crank sensor. Maybe that's bad again... who knows. Soon enough the R will replace it and I will be rid of this stupid hiccup.
