If I recall correctly your car should have two, one for each CVVT.

Ok, figured out i was looking at, and probably changed wrong part. Found camshaft position sensor on left side under dust cover, pulled it off and cleaned it. It looked clean already, but oh well.
Replaced it and cleared code..
Before clearing code noticed there was a pending code of p0010 also, im assuming just another one for same issue. Gonna drive it and see if code comes back.

You have me a bit confused. Your code is pointing to problems with your Cam Adjustment Actuator Solenoid (see my prior post above). Have you replaced, or serviced this part in any manner?
You are playing with the camshaft sensor - and it sounds like you have replaced it - therefore can exclude it unless you have a failed new part.
You may have a bad solenoid or a gummed up one. Put a VOM to it and see what kind of readings you get in ohms. You can also try to power it up to see if you hear a click. Use 12v and touch it for not even a second - it should make a click noise. Unhook the harness and see what happens - it should code in a manner similar to your post 19.

Only one CVVT solenoid on 2001 S80.
Looks like the best fix would be to purchase a cam locking tool and reset timing with cams locked. The screen previously referred to is a 3mm wire screen which forms part of the CVVT solenoid gasket. If they plug up with dirt the oil flow to the CVVT solenoid is compromised and codes can result.

Post pictures of the parts you changed and the actual part numbers. Not sure if we are all talking about the same parts.
Quote may be for the actual VVT hub which is similar to a timing belt change with maybe an hour of additional work, plus the VVT hub.
