After thinking about this if the struts are the same size then there would be no change to the camber angle. The only difference would be the spring and it’s tension to change how stiff the ride would feel. Agree?
The new spring would add ride height.

I did the control arms and quick struts on her S60. (Sachs and Lemforder)

I’d have to go back to the alignment chart, but I think all they did was a toe adjustment to fix the negative camber.
