It could be a vacuum leak. Even though I've replaced several vacuum lines, I know I didn't get them all though. I'm gonna pick up a vacuum test gauge next weekend when I'm home again. I've been messing with it today, but I have to drive back to college for the week. Thank you everyone for the advice, I'll update this if I get anything sorted out.

This is a good little nugget to pay attention to. Check its connector too, they are known to be a problem.

Don't unplug the MAF with the car running. Unplug it, then start the car.

So the car stopped doing that problem on its own after the battery was disconnected for a week. I've been trying to put miles on it this weekend to see if the computer learns something it doesn't like. But now I have low boost, and it's been creeping down the more I've been driving it. It was at about half through the white on Thursday, but today it's only getting to about a quarter into the white. It's also having a surge of boost when it upshifts and it happens in every gear. The car is an auto
Update: I went for a drive, and I had to stop quickly for some ducks in the road. And for a minute I had no power. It was uphill, and if I tried to give any throttle the motor would just bog down and almost stall. It stopped after a minute and I could keep driving with the same low boost problem continuing.

We once had a cracked intercooler case, from a road debris hit on a dark road. It had no power, opening the throttle would choke it and it would nearly stall, let way off and it would idle along slowly. We had to use partial throttle and chug along at 35 to 40. It was just dumping gas into the intake, the computer was so confused.

Not saying this is your issue, but some similarities.

I'll have a look at the bottom. That would make sense. Thank you for the info.
