Persistent Engine Performance Issue- even after major fixes

I have been trying to read the schematic. It looks like the pedal is 7/51 in the diagram. If I am correct, the relay you want to try changing out is FMA2 found under the hood up by the window under a cover. Find the part number on it and try to find a few used ones at a wrecker or Craigslist (grab a couple), or if you have another Volvo try swapping it out for testing.
