I ended up giving the axles to SonicAdventure. You'd have to follow up with him on how they worked out for him.

I have one from the parts 1998, yet to be evaluated. Local pnp will be easier and cheaper after shipping of course.

Ok, thanks guys. I ended up putting on an axle from car quest aka autozone kinda thing.

It was 95 bucks and will do for now.

The axle that was in the car, I can't tell if it was original or not, vehicle has 244k miles. However, the bearing race aka bearing cage broke, (don't ask lol) and if I can buy just that part, I can rebuild it.

Any thoughts? Thanks, and sorry to jack the thread here, I can start a separate thread if that's better.
