2k was the right offer price. 3.5k is dreamland

Those little pieces missing tell me the car was quite neglected in other areas as well. PCV is very easy even with a simple piece of plastic like a small plastic bag or a piece of saran wrap : just cover the hole and keep the plastic with your fingers, it should suck it in with force.
