B5204S vs B5204FS?

After a little more digging it turns out that i was probably wrong about the engine management being different on B5204S and B5204FS. According to wikipedia they both featured Bosch LH 3.2 Jetronic. Regarding VVIS i think both of these engines can have it since the B5204S was made from 92'-94' according to wikipedia while the B5204FS would have been 92'-96'. The B5204FS equipped cars were labelled 850 so they would have been base models i believe. So far it seems like there are no apparent differences apart from the fact that the engines use different spark plugs. As far as i can tell this must indicate some kind of design difference right? I wonder if the engines were made for different markets or something. If anyone who reads this has a B5204S or B5204FS in their car and knows that for sure it would be very interesting if you could chime in and tell me what model year and trim the car is aswell as if the engine has VVIS and what engine management it has or any other interesting details for that matter.
