Tangential question: Can I use a propane torch on a brake caliper bleed screw, or is the brake fluid flameable? I snapped off my bleed screw, now I must work carefully to remove it.

28 seconds on s brake bleeder screw is a perfect time. Brake fluid won’t ignite inside. Watch out for the hoses and cv boots. Don’t melt them.

If they don’t move after 28 seconds of heat , let them cool for 5 minutes, then reheat.

When they do move , replace them.
