Thanks Pete! Was taken on the company parking lot. In hindsight, I might've be better of with a T6, but I was a bit hesitant choosing for an older car with 2 older turbo's. Little did I know that these things are bulletproof
I wont be doing bigger projects, as we have some moving plans, so financial priority has shifted somewhat. But I failed already with the purchase of these wheels hahah

To start I replaced the Lower Torque Mount/Transmission Mount.
Next I installed the Volvo tire valve caps.
New HID bulbs for my USDM factory HID headlights This Hutchinson engine mount is the actual factory Volvo engine mount, Hutchinson had to file off the "Volvo" stamp off the assembly.
I saved about $35.00 and FCPEURO.COM has a lifetime warranty.

Good one, you will notice cleaner shifting and less movement when putting the power on. I opted for a PU upgrade, but it brings some vibration into the cockpit, a tradeoff not everyone is willing to make

I passed on polyurethane mounts and bushings for my P2 XC70. My 5thgen Honda Prelude is a different story , I installed ES bushings all over her. But yes I notice a difference with the new Lower Torque Mount on my XC70.

My son and I did this yesterday....but not on a Volvo, sorry.... Broke the rules!
Land Rover LR3. Leaking RF air strut. 9 1/2" bolt through the lower control arm was completely fused to the bushing sleeve. We impact gunned, sledge hammered, PB Blasted, soaked, torched, pounded......no movement, the bushing just twists.
So I rented a sawzall and got these fantastic Diablo EXTREME STEEL (!!) cutting blades. We buzzed the sleeve and bolt from the underside, cutting up.
We pounded on it until it mushroomed. The treads start way back on the bolt, so you can't hammer on the nut.
grrrrr...
I didn't want to bugger his control arm's machined bosses, so I held tight to the strut bottom and cut through the bushing sleeve and bolt.
Thin sliced lunch meat... New bolt and oval lock nut, tightened to 184 ft-lb with an impact. BUTTERED with anti-seize! It's all back together and sitting nice and level.
