Anybody know what this leak is?

so, is it your pcv system or the RMS? I think im having the same symptoms as you are. I have oil all over the side and bottom of pan on the side of the oil drain. no obvious leaks but it is definetly motor oil I ordere a pcv system today and hopefully that solves my oil leak issures. in a couple hours, i will look at the plug wire area for leaks. it also seems to have a smaill leak where the dist cap is.

I replaced the PVC system to be sure there isn't too much crankcase pressure. A blocked or broken PVC system causes the crank gases to build up then seals blow out. In my case the rear main seal, since changing the PVC system the leak has almost gone. I will go ahead and change the rms because it is cheaper than changing the car, I have put a lot of bucks into it renewing the suspension brakes and tires.

You can check you rear main seal by looking for the weep hole in the photo above(page1), you might find you have a smaller and cheaper seal to replace.
