I thought so, mine is in excellent shape, I have a feeling the ecm is not communicating with maf, is this possible ? put in another Bosch maf and get same code ? Still getting high voltage po103.

Zip-tie the MAF connector snugly to the sensor; bad connections there are somewhat common. If that doesn't work, you may need to start back-tracing wiring.
