Should be ok.

If you have external spring compressor, you may want to precompress new spring before installing internal compressor, and then slowly release it. Otherwise internal compressor may/will be slipping a lot.

So both springs are here opted for compressor Sealy ak3842 which has a across spring reach of 155mm and compressors springs of 350mm in length I hope this is ok! Its a internal compressor as I was advised on here to buy! Fingers crossed all goes well!

I can confirm the Sealy ak3842 is a perfect fit and will do the job nicely its quite cheap too
