ETS light without symptoms, yellow sticker

I looked up ECM-9520 and the web search indicated it was the brake pedal position sensor.

Developments:
On two separate occasions, when I start the car, it revs high, into the red area, and the ETS-light comes on.
Haven't checked codes again, but I found a cheap replacement pedal, including sensors. I will tell you how it goes

This is MVS' first pedal problem with ETM that I can recall. Thanks for sharing !!

I have 2002 V70 T5 gas/petrol with code of ecm9520 the bcm cannot communicate to the scan tool, this lite up brake, abs light on dash. Could this be causing the engine to lost acceleration somes or what bcos the engine some time lost acceleration when try to kick down and there is no fault code pointing to throttle.
