If it's not throwing a code, I'd leave it be. Enjoy the victory =)
Hi,

Yeah maybe... The pulley i'm talking about is the intake pulley, there is no VVT, neither solenoid. I guess even if it's unaligned it will not throw a code?

Correct me if I'm wrong...Will probably not throw a code but if the intake cam mark is not aligned with the other corresponding marks, then, in the future, if someone wants to change just the timing belt, they have to be aware to make the intake cam mark unaligned....or install a locking tool, which adds a little bit to the labor.
It's blowby

If it's off by a tooth on the intake cam, it may not run as well as it could...

Nah you're right. I have put New marks on cover and pulleys for that.

That's the question.
I don't know if it is off or no: when locking tool was on the engine I had this marks, si I guess even if there is no vvt on intake, the pulley have been unaligned into slotted holes (it has exactly one tooth of setting).
If the cam was locked, it can't be unaligned?

When the cams locking tool was on the intake valve should have been setup to be zeroed I believe. It may just be off by a tooth. I believe the sensor is on the exhaust cam.

The actual pulleys/sprockets aren't keyed, they're kept in by the pressure exerted on the center bolt of them. Typically the locking tool goes on, then those are zeroed.
