I thought quickjack had rubber blocks with grooves to accommodate pinch welds?

Smells so bad. Combination of that raw Chinese rubber, damp ash tray full of butts and skunk. Yes, I had a room mate from high school for a year that...

That overload test Is impressive

But still , I’ve never needed hardware for a quick jack

I just tell them to get out of their car, quickly

Successful lift!

Placed the rubber blocks along the pinch weld by the arrows on the plastic molding

You do have to mind the brake line towards the rear but it seems like it’s safe to lift here. I will still reinforce with jack stands

Great, a real car / Volvo on the lift. I'm still cleaning and reorganizing the garage. Seems like I'm never gonna get there .

OK, another fellow sufferer. Looks like you and I are gonna have to encourage one another to lose that weight. Oh wait, that's another seemingly impossible unrelated issue. However, now I'm motivate to get in there but (there's the but again) it's hot all day here at this time so it does not help :( .

Finally cleaned the garage BUT not enough to pull the car in for repairs. Hope to get there in a week or two. I did however clean my folks garage enough to work on the cars there using the Quick Jack.

So far on the 03 Odyssey and 19 Atlas were only able to raise it to the first click / height. Vehicles are too tall to clear the opener. Was not able to use the vehicle Jacking Points as the Quick Jack was not long enough.

Did work perfectly for the 08 C30. Will try it on the 03 S80 sometime this week, hopefully.
