Thanks BM, what you described is how I initially installed it, some way that wiper flared out, I remember looking at it thinking, "must have an inner seal, that little wiper keeps dust and grit out"....more attention to detail required on my behalf. Its up on the lift with struts removed for easier access, passenger cv out, driver side stuck- not even 100 miles on them, going to plasma cut a fork out of plate then weld a 1/2 pipe to it ,5 lb sledge head, voila ! hopefully that will pop it free.
