Does mvs allow pm videos? The site wont allow me to post here.
It does not. Your best bet would be either YouTube or another image/video hosting site.

Finally got a minute to review the diagrams.
There are only 4 wires to worry about here:

Seat Power 12 VDC (+) is Green/Red protected by an auto reset
thermal circuit breaker in position 11C/39 - Amps Unknown...
(Anybody have the cover off their fusebox that can have a look?)
Ground is the black wire next to it on the same connector.
Put 12 volts and ground to these two leads, plug in the control switches
and it should work. ( You may have to power up the Yellow/White
wire that shows a connection to the key activated accessory
overload 105 relay 2/30 - Not sure).

Seat Heat Power 12 VDC (+) is Yellow/Red @ 25 amps
Ground is the big black wire on the same connector.

.
You can tape and stow the extra wires.

in a flying saucer shaped can on the outer SIDE of the seat.
IIRC, it’s an inch or two in diameter and maybe an inch thick.
The safety clip should be attached to the inside of the cover
panel and it slides betwen the actuater and the seat frame.

Again, it’s found under the side cover that the seat controls
are mounted in. It blows a small charge under impact that
travels up a small tube to the side bag. Hit it, you’ll know!
I've always been curious to try that at the junkyard...
You can find such a video oil Robert Spinners Volvo channel, of course.
