Documenting size of the double o-rings on the 1999 cars with green lock

7/16x 9/16 x 1/16 fits nicely

On the double oring style the snout has to be firmly pressed into the radiator until the green snap lock touches the snout. It will feel seated on the first oring but it won’t latch, and that will end badly
