- So you used STRAIGHT (not 90-degree) for both connectors?

- I am guessing either would work:
* One STRAIGHT and one 90-DEGREE connector.
* Two (2) STRAIGHT connectors.
* Two (2) 90-DEGREE connectors.

Some interesting points he talked about:
1. Boiling water trick
2. Hair dryer (as mentioned in this thread)
3. Oetiker clamp (I guess you can use regular clamp if you don't have Oetiker clamp).
