PVC block offs from Lowe’s fit the Volvo steel wheels at least. Dirt cheap and free if you steal them from the orphanage.

SHe sure does. I think I’m on fairly level ground with E. On karma having stolen a perfectly good driver from him, but the goid thing about paying forward is it’s never too late. He’s got an R engine project in his future too.

Ah, that's still low! My cousin's NA M56 wagon has 260k. Unfortunately that rust bucket will be parted out once we get his Durango back on the road, but it'll donate its manual parts to his S70 T5 (which just hit 250k within the past week or two I believe).

After failing at rebuilding my alternator , I broke down and bought one. 20 mins later my 99 s70 was happy again. Putting out 14 v too. My old one when it was wroking was putting out < 13.5 volts . I don't know if our cars vary the voltage but it seems my new one is performing better than my old one.

Plus the new one is all nice and shiny

I have to laugh at the amount of time I put into a filed project of rebuilding my old one in less than ideal conditions.
Oh well.

Replaced my turn signal bulbs because they weren't really orange anymore, I'd guess there's quite a few miles on those


Just placed my order for BC coilovers, can't wait to replace the whole suspension (Monroe strut with 200k miles stock spring and crappy spring seats on the front, short ebay spring + Meyle strut on the rear )

That should be a nice upgrade! I've heard the BC coilovers are pretty good, I'm interested to hear how you like them.
